Chelsea Antiques Fair offers a Boutique style, of intimate elegance in the fine Old Town Hall, built in 1906 in 17th Century style. Small and relaxed, the 36 exhibitors are delighted to chat with visitors, impart their knowledge and discuss collecting in all its forms.Most of the exhibitors are members of BADA and / or LAPADA.

The March Fair co-incides with the prestigious BADA Antiques Fair just up Kings Road. This fair opens at 11am Wednesday 23rd, therefore we are opening at 2pm, so visitors can attend both openings. We offer free entry to all those with BADA catalogues or tickets.

April 1st to 3rd. This will be the 16th annual Chelsea Art Fair, to be held at Chelsea Old Town Hall, Kings Road, London SW3 5EE.

The Town Hall offers a very accessible venue at the Kings Road, Sydney Street Junction, with style and individuality, for discerning collectors and art lovers. Here you find interest and variety, not acres of bland marquee.

There is a preview on Thursday 31 March, 6.30pm to 9pm. This is by Exhibitor invitation (or £10 at the door(if numbers permit). A glass of bubby is offered, and therafter top-ups are just £1 each.

Open Friday from 11am-8pm, with a glass of bubbly for everyone after 6pm. Saturday 11-7, Sunday 11-6. Stephen Morris Shipping will offer a complimentary packing service, for immediate collection, or delivery can easily be arranged.

The Fair is now fully booked, with 36 quality Art Galleries from across Britain. Spread from Dumfies to Cornwall, York to Kent, the Galleries represent a vast range of international works, from 20th century icons to emerging talent from as far afield as China, Ukraine, S Africa and Alaska!

There are just 6 Galleries completely new to the Chelsea Fair – others are regulars, and some have returned after a few years’ absence. See the list of Galleries. During the build-up to the Fair, each gallery will list the artists they represent.

Thus you will enjoy great variety offered by discerning and trusted galleries. There will be for sale something to suit every modern taste - and pocket! Most work on show will be completely original, though there will be a few limited edition bronzes, and carefully selected hand-printed works, individual carvings, jewellery etc.

Come and explore the specialist fair for every type of art on paper- Watercolours + Works on Paper Fair

Works on offer range from the early 16th Century up to the present day. All the pictures are for sale at prices from £100 to £100,000. Every picture is checked by a committee of Vetting experts. Watercolours and drawings: all types of pictures drawn by hand, in ink, pencil, crayon, chalk, pastel, gouache, watercolour or charcoal. Works on paper: a wider range of original art on paper, including prints, photographs, posters and artists' handmade books. The Fair welcomes back another Loan Exhibition of rarely seen original drawings borrowed from the Science Museum’s archive collections. This time focusing on Moon drawings by James Nasmyth as it’s starting point.

Now in its 16th year, American International Fine Art Fair (AIFAF) is the premier art, antique and jewelry fair in the United States. AIFAF will again gather prestigious galleries and distinguished collectors from around the world during its return to the Palm Beach County Convention Center February 4th-12th, 2012, with a VIP Preview on February 3rd.

The carefully selected presentation will include international dealers representing disciplines of fine art from classical antiquity to contemporary, and the world's finest collection of haute and period jewelry. The fair is fully vetted by leading museum curators and experts.

Continuing last year's successful format, a full schedule of daily activities will coincide with the exhibitions including informative lectures from highly respected museum curators and art experts, as well as cocktail parties and other social events.

2012 Highlights:
New to AIFAF this year, world-renowned Fabergé will present a special exhibition and lecture series - Faberge: The Rebirth of an Icon- lecture by Geza von Habsburg. Paying homage to the legendary Imperial Eggs created by Peter Carl Fabergé for the Romanov family, and celebrating the Egg as a timeless universal symbol of life, Fabergé has designed a collection of one-of-a-kind High Jewelry Egg Pendants, Les Fameux de Fabergé. Each design illustrates a traditional Russian proverb, through complex, multi-layered concepts brought to life by the finest craftsmanship in the world today. The first of these creations launched in Paris during Couture Week, July 2011, marking the beginning of a series of twelve High Jewelry Egg Pendants, one for every month of the year. Each pendant, a wearable object of desire, involves a lengthy, exacting and in many cases pioneering fabrication process, pushing boundaries of both design and manufacture, and taking contemporary craftsmanship to a new level of sophistication.

Among highlights for AIFAF's outstanding lecturers this year, Victoria Wyeth, granddaughter of "America's Painter" Andrew Wyeth will present a special lecture and presentation. Dynamic and energetic, Ms. Wyeth has been sharing her knowledge about the art of the Wyeth family since she was fifteen years old. Her unique personal perspective offers memories and insights gained through years of discussions about art with her grandfather, amplified by chats with her uncle, the painter Jamie Wyeth.

The Harrogate Antique and Fine Art Fair was re-born when taken over more than twenty six years ago by the present organisers. From being a small but select Fair, it has blossomed into a major event.

Its development has always been closely monitored with attention to detail and balance being the key words. Exhibitors applying are selected on a basis of quality, integrity and knowledge, and as many areas of antiques as possible are represented to give the Fair a vital and diverse profile. The Fair now includes 20th century and Art Nouveau specialist dealers, adding another dimension to this interesting Fair. Many of the exhibitors are members of either the British Antique Dealers' Association or the London and Provincial Antique Dealers Association and are well-known and esteemed in their areas of expertise.

Art Antiques London takes place in a purpose-built pavillion in Kensington Gardens opposite the Royal Albert Hall and close to the site of the Great Exhibition of 1851. This superb site lends itself perfectly to an art fair of this calibre. This very special event will bring together approximately 70 of the world’s leading art dealers. Frieze Masters is an international art fair launching in London, October 2012. It will give a unique contemporary perspective on historical art. For the tenth time, the Brussels Antiques & Fine Arts Fair will take place in the large halls of the mail sorting station of “Thurn & Taxis” The exhibition space comprises a total surface of 15.400 m², spread over room 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the building A. This historical building, located along the Willebroek canal, is a wonderful example of the Belgian industrial architectural heritage. It was built around 1903-1904 according to the plans of the architect Van Humbeek and was originally used as a storage place for transit merchandise. Technically seen it is the most astonishing building of the site, covered by a phenomenal metal frame of 17.000 m². The complex is situated in the heart of Brussels, only a few minutes from Place Rogier, the North Station and the tube station Yser.

The 122 participants represent different countries such as Belgium (40%), Canada, France, Germany, Great-Britain, Holland, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Portugal, Spain, USA and Switzerland. A balanced number which the organisation doesn’t want to increase in spite of the international reputation of the fair.

The Winter Antiques Show marks its 59th year as the most prestigious antiques show in America, featuring the “best of the best” from antiquities through the 1960s. The Winter Antiques Show is an annual benefit for East Side House Settlement, a community resource in the South Bronx. East Side House's programs focus on education and technology as gateways out of poverty and as the keys to economic opportunity. All revenues from the show's general admissions and the net proceeds from the preview parties and other events go East Side House and contribute substantially to its private philanthropic budget. Unpretentious yet very high quality, Petersfield Fair offers both exhibitors and visitors a welcoming friendly atmosphere, where like-minded dealers and collectors can enjoy doing business.
Most exhibitors are regulars, and there is a long waiting list for stands. Thus we can maintain high standards and a good balance of disciplines. Jewellery is particularly popular in Petersfield, so we usually have 4 or 5 jewellers. Competition for these slots is strong!

Petersfield Fair was established in 1973 by Eric Gamlin, and Penmans bought it from his widow, Heather Gamlin in 1999. The fair is now perhaps the most consistently successful Antiques Fair in the country, attracting buyers and sellers from across the UK.

Chester Antiques Show offers 50 stands of antiques and art extending over 3 floors of the recently refurbished County Grandstand. Standards are high, and Vetting plays a significant part in maintaining quality, authenticity and correct informative labels. Many of the exhibitors are members of BADA and / or LAPADA.

Acclaimed as the best of its kind in the North West, the Show proves to be a lure to both exhibitors and visitors who travel long distances to the Show. The venue, ambiance and catering are outstanding – and Chester is full of beautiful architecture, shops, restaurants and hotels for a weekend away!

Established in 1989 by Penmans, the Show has grown to a twice yearly event, extending to 3 floors, using the Members’ Boxes on the top floor for room-sets and an additional café / wine Bar. See Plan.

Catering at the show is excellent. Restaurant 1539 offers gourmet food & wines - on the first floor, with floor to ceiling glass front overlooking the whole Course (the shortest in England, established in 1539). For those with less time to linger over the gourmet food, the Turf Restaurant on the ground floor offers a quicker service, but still very high standards. There is a small snack bar on the Top Floor with seating overlooking the course.

After a successful launch event last year, The Harewood Antiques & Fine Art Fair returns to the Harewood Pavilion, Harewood House, Harewood, near Leeds, West Yorkshire LS17 9LG from Friday 1 to Sunday 3 March 2013 bringing some 30 specialist exhibitors, dealing in a wide variety of fine art and antiques. With more stands than Powderham, Bath or Chelsea, this year the Wilton House Antiques Fair is held on 1st, 2nd & 3rd March at the magnificent Palladian home of the Earl and Countess of Pembroke, 3 miles west of Salisbury and within easy reach of Bath, Shaftesbury, Warminster and Marlborough.

44 stands of top of the range antiques including fine and country furniture, jewellery, paintings, prints and watercolours, clocks, silver, porcelain and glass and collectables from dealers from across the country.

 Sue Ede is pleased to announce the acquisition of The Bath Decorative Antiques Fair. This well-known and popular annual event takes place every March at The Pavilion, Bath and will run as usual in 2013, from 7th – 10th March.

Sue Ede has acquired the fair from Robin Coleman, the Bath-based dealer who has organised the fair for the past 23 years. Originally launched to promote the Bath and Bradford-upon-Avon Antiques Dealers Association, the fair in recent years become a stand- alone event well known for its eclectic of decorative antiques and objects.

Since the demise of the Grosvenor House Antiques Fair, the Chelsea Antiques Fair is now the oldest Fair in Britain, and possibly the World! Chelsea Antiques Fair was established in 1950, and from 1951 to 1984 was run by Josephine Graham Ballin, establishing its fine reputation across the globe, and especially in the United States. From September 1984 to the present, Caroline Penman has been at the helm.

Antiques for Everyone is Britain’s largest vetted and datelined antiques fair featuring more than 350 exhibitors from across the UK, Europe and America. It is a major international event for all collectors, with prices from less than £10 to more than £100,000.

Penmans established this fair in 1996, but it is now passing into the younger and very capable hands of Ben Cooper, who is a dealer and fair organiser, and has been working with Penmans for the past 5 or 6 years.

The layout has completely changed, to enable each gallery to create it's own individual environment.
With the emphasis on Quality and Investment, the fair will be showing contemporary & modern British original paintings, bronze sculptures in editions of less than 12, and a few fine lithographs and exceptional 3-dimensional pieces.

The Harrogate Antique and Fine Art Fair was re-born when taken over more than twenty six years ago by the present organisers. From being a small but select Fair, it has blossomed into a major event.

Its development has always been closely monitored with attention to detail and balance being the key words. Exhibitors applying are selected on a basis of quality, integrity and knowledge, and as many areas of antiques as possible are represented to give the Fair a vital and diverse profile. The Fair now includes 20th century and Art Nouveau specialist dealers, adding another dimension to this interesting Fair. Many of the exhibitors are members of either the British Antique Dealers' Association or the London and Provincial Antique Dealers Association and are well-known and esteemed in their areas of expertise.

The aim of the Fair is to provide a suitable forum for antiques and fine art from all over the country to be presented before the cognoscenti of the North, who are renowned for their appreciation of the finer things in life! Harrogate is a centre of excellence for antiques in the North of England and, enhanced by its unique and elegant beauty, it is a natural setting for one of the most prestigious events of Antiques and Fine Art to be found outside London .

Although it maintains the highest standards, the Fair, under the direction of its organiser, Louise Walker, prides itself on being a friendly and informative experience to both exhibitors and visitors alike. Its original byword of being a "Buyer's Fair", where like-minded people can discuss and purchase Fine Art and Antiques, still holds true.

London’s most established art and antiques fair will take place from Thursday 6th to Sunday 16th June, 2013. Now in its 41st year, it attracts over 30,000 visitors and has for many years, been a destination for buyers searching for high calibre pieces.

Around 200 specialist dealers from around the world keep their best pieces for this annual event. The array of stock for sale ranges from traditional and decorative furniture to contemporary art and includes: 20th century furniture and design, paintings and watercolours, silver, jewellery, textiles, ceramics, kitchenalia, lighting, carpets, Art Deco, clocks, sculpture, fossils, mirrors and natural history.

With prices up to £1 million the fair accommodates every level of buyer. Both first-time and seasoned collectors can be reassured by the knowledge that every single piece has been checked by a 100-strong team of trade experts, who 'vet' the show before it opens to ensure it is genuine and of good quality.

Art Antiques London announces world class Lecture Programme and The Party in The Park in Aid of Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity 11th June 2013.

Each year the Fair collaborates with a charity to create a unique occasion which has become one of the most anticipated nights of the Season. The champagne Reception is an opportunity for IP guests to preview world class fine art and antiques in a stunning pavillion set in one of London's most glamourous parkland's - Kensington Gardens.

The champagne reception is followed by a dinner, auction and live entertainment, which in the past three years has raised over £1.25M for charity. The 2012 event raised over £475,000 for JDRF, the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

Art Antiques London takes place in a purpose-built pavillion in Kensington Gardens opposite the Royal Albert Hall and close to the site of the Great Exhibition of 1851.
