an very unusual silver enamel and jewelled compact. The lid opens to reveal a mirror and cup to form a compact. Unusally there is also set within the cap of the lid a recessed jewelled three leaf clover covered with glass. Around the rim of this floral decorative motif are the words "Madeline, Rodolphe, Philippe".The handle width is 1.75 inches / 4.5 cms and the overall length is 35.5 inches 91 cms mounted on a hardwood shaft
