A small, low, mahogany chest of three long and two short drawers with a well figured top, quarter columns to the corners and standing on ogee feet. The oak lined drawers retain their original handles which have mellowed to a lovely bronze colour.
Provenance
Possibly made in Lancashire or Yorkshire. Several features point to a Northern origin for this piece, in particular the columns to the corners and the type of ogee feet.
