A rare small early English tripod table, in oak, with beautifully figured single-piece rotating and tip-up top over a "birdcage" with turned supports, supported by an attractively turned stem with three shaped silhouette down-swept legs. Our fine example of this unusual form of table is enhanced by its lovely proportions and rich colour and patination.
