Description

This beautiful cabinet has the most lively of figured Rio rosewood. In its day, Rio rosewood was the most expensive grade of rosewood and it is obvious to see why. The open bookshelves sit on top of a concealed cupboard resting on solid rosewood lobed feet.

It is a stunning piece with exceptional Rio rosewood veneers.

The cabinet is significant because of the use of rosewood veneer by an Irish maker and its unusual style and form.
