Edwardian Mahogany Antique Library Bookcase – by A. Gardner & Son of Glasgow.
This striking Edwardian mahogany antique library bookcase with original makers’ label, belonging to A Gardner & Son of Glasgow, dates back to 1900. It has a moulded cornice with reeded frieze and eye catching central carved rams head. It has three glazed doors with key and working locks and each interior has three adjustable shelves. The lower section of the antique bookcase has a beautifully figured top above three cupboard doors with central flamed mahogany panels.
