Antique Victorian Oak Office Desk
This beautiful Victorian Oak office desk ca 1890 has a rectangular top above a central drawer over knee hole. Each pedestal has a pull out writing slide and graduating drawers (one is a double file drawer) all with the original brass handles. The sides and back are panelled and the antique desk stands on a plain plinth with casters. The top has the usual wear due to age and use. The desk is a light oak colour with a striking grain, good patina, and is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
